From QR Code to Component History
Every production order launched at Bucci Composites generates a unique QR code, linked to a digital detection system that follows the component throughout the entire production flow. This code enables the automatic and continuous recording of information related to each phase of the process:
- Cutting
- Preforming and lamination
- Polymerization in autoclave or press
- Demolding
- Bonding and assembly
- Mechanical machining (CNC machining / trimming)
- Painting
- Quality control
- Shipping
In each of these phases, the following are automatically tracked: the part number, the operator, the timestamp, the workstation and the reference to the material batch. This system guarantees complete traceability of the process and raw materials, up to the finished product. The entire flow is monitored in real time and integrated with the company’s ERP system.
