Bucci Industries is proud to announce the establishment of the Vitalis Foundation, of which it is a founding member.

Thursday, June 5, 2025, in Lugo, twelve of the most important entrepreneurial realities of the province of Ravenna – including Bucci Automations – launched the Vitalis Foundation: a shared project aimed at generating a concrete and lasting impact on the territory, through youth training, knowledge promotion, social inclusion, and cultural and technological development.

An alliance among companies to build shared value

The Vitalis Foundation was born from the common will of twelve companies from the Ravenna area that, although operating in different sectors, are united by a strong social responsibility and a strategic vision oriented towards the development of the community and the territory.

In addition to Bucci Automations, the project also includes C.N.I. Informatica, Eurovo, Futura, Geminiani, ICEL, Marcegaglia Carbon Steel, Marini, SICA, Surgital, Unitec, and Vulcaflex.

Through the Foundation, these companies have chosen to invest in the future of new generations, focusing on the enhancement of local talents, so that young women and men can choose to grow, train, and build their professional paths in the territory where they were born – becoming active and aware protagonists.

The mission of the Vitalis Foundation is clear: to stop the brain drain and support those who wish to study, produce, innovate, and create value in the territory.

Concrete initiatives to cultivate and attract talent

The Vitalis Foundation intends to promote initiatives aimed at improving the educational, cultural, and technological fabric of the Province of Ravenna, and, more broadly, of Romagna.

The main areas of intervention include:.

  • Promotion of secondary and university education, also through school-business interaction;
  • Collaboration with academic institutions, research bodies, and training organizations to accelerate technology transfer and innovation development;
  • Social inclusion and access to education, to ensure equal opportunities for growth and personal fulfillment;
  • Enhancement of the local cultural heritage

Already in the initial phases of activity, the activation of scholarships, financial contributions, internships, traineeships, and skill exchanges is planned, in collaboration with universities, ITS, and training entities.

Bucci Industries’ commitment to community and territorial development

Participation in the Vitalis Foundation is part of a broader path in which Bucci Industries has always been active in the areas of training, innovation, and sustainable development.

As indicated in the Sustainability Report, the Bucci Industries Group constantly invests in projects that strengthen the bond between business, school and territory.

With the Vitalis Foundation, the Group takes a further step forward, convinced that economic growth must go hand in hand with the growth of People and the community in which they live.
