Bucci Industries reaffirms its role as the official sponsor of the WOW - WOMENMOTOR event, a project organized by the Municipality of Imola in collaboration with the Equal Opportunities Commission, the "Enzo e Dino Ferrari" International Circuit, and the Motorvalley to celebrate International Women's Day and promote female empowerment in the automotive sector.
The second edition will take place on Friday, March 8th, starting at 9:00 am and continuing throughout the day at the Imola Circuit. The program has been further enriched with initiatives and content aimed at exploring the role of women in the complex landscape of the automotive industry and beyond. The theme of female empowerment - and more generally, the promotion of skills regardless of gender - is extended to other realities, with particular attention to local companies.
In addition to orientation and training activities for students, informative panels with industry experts and professionals, and on-track activities with professional female drivers, the 2024 edition of WOW - WOMENMOTOR will dedicate ample space to the theme of education and career opportunities in sectors traditionally dominated by men.

The HR Office of Bucci Industries will present opportunities for graduates and diploma holders in STEAM subjects offered by both divisions of the Group, Bucci Automations and Bucci Composites, during the panel "Training Activities and Career Guidance - Breaking Bias in STEAM: Career Orientation for the Future and Generative AI Tools". They will be joined by Monica Andreatta, Quality Control Specialist at Bucci Composites S.p.A., who will share her career journey within the company.
In the afternoon, Federica Marchetti, Quality & Environmental Manager at Bucci Composites S.p.A., will share her success story in the composite materials sector during the conference "Women Leading in Companies - Gender Equality Experiences".
