Giuliani - ECO-T transfer machine Smau 2018 award

On the occasion of Smau Bologna | R2B 2018 Giuliani team presented the ECO-T project, the new dynamic transfer machine designed for swarf removal. Our newest Industry 4.0 and eco-friendly high-performance rotary transfer machine was conceived in collaboration with the University of Bologna and the business incubator RomagnaTech.

These are the main benefits of the ECO-T project:

High performance: high productivity, reduced production time and production costs.
Industry 4.0: remote control thanks to a cloud-based supervision system for predictive maintenance.
Eco-friendly: no pollutants are generated during the production process and the machine has been designed in a compact form.

Thanks to the ECO-T project, Giuliani won two prizes:

- The video contest Io investo QUI , in the mechatronics and motoring category, aimed at companies that have implemented projects funded by Por Fers.

- The Smau Innovation award for the adoption of digital technologies capable of improving the performance of our business.
