On Saturday, May 16th 2026, the new edition of Bucci Day took place, the event dedicated to the employees of Gruppo Bucci Industries and their families, hosted at Villa Abbondanzi Resort.
The event once again represented an important moment of meeting and sharing, designed to celebrate the People who contribute every day to the growth of the Group.
Throughout the day, participants had the opportunity to take part in sports activities, social moments and insight sessions dedicated to the Group's brands.
From the early morning, guests could choose among several activities dedicated to physical wellbeing: running, yoga, pilates and a functional training circuit, confirming the attention Bucci pays to promoting a healthy and balanced lifestyle through the corporate welfare program BI Wellness.
The day gave plenty of space to the individual companies of Gruppo Bucci Industries. There were a series of speeches and talks dedicated to Iemca, Giuliani, Sinteco, Vire, Zeta, Bucci Composites and Conel, giving participants the opportunity to learn more about the activities and projects of the various divisions. The program was completed by guided tours of Villa Abbondanzi Resort, allowing guests to discover more closely the venue and the setting that hosted the event.
There was also plenty of entertainment designed to engage the youngest guests, such as table tennis and foosball tournaments, cornhole and a kids' play area.
To strengthen the bond between wellbeing, sport and the local area, the day also hosted a round table with some of the sports associations supported by the Group: Free Event Endurance, Club Atletico Faenza, Tennis Club Faenza and Mernap Faenza. A moment of discussion on the value of sport as a tool for inclusion, personal growth and psychophysical wellbeing.
Bucci Day continues to be a central initiative in the corporate welfare program promoted by Gruppo Bucci: a concrete opportunity to nurture relationships, wellbeing and participation, strengthening the bond between the company, its employees and the local community.
