GDPR – Data Protection
The companies of the Bucci Industries group (Roberto Bucci & C. Spa, Bucci Automations Spa and Bucci Composites Spa) are independent Data Controllers and each is responsible for decisions regarding the purposes and means of processing personal data in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and Legislative Decree 196/2003.
To ensure and demonstrate compliance with current legislation, the Bucci Group has adopted a Privacy Organisational Model, binding for all Group companies, which evidences the steps taken and the measures implemented in accordance with the principle of accountability.
For each Company, the figures and functions that play an active role in personal data protection activities within the Bucci Industries group have been identified, each of whom must comply with the guidelines set out in the Privacy Organisational Model and the instructions contained therein, for the correct fulfilment of obligations relating to personal data protection.
