From March 4 to 6, we will be at MECSPE Bologna with a demonstration module designed to showcase Sinteco's approach to the integration of automation, software, and robotics.

• A fast and flexible nest change system, capable of handling different models and different production cycles at high speed.
• Advanced motion with interpolated movements to optimize time and precision.
• Conveyor tracking with robots for dynamic management of the part on the line.
• Two handling solutions: traditional mechanical manipulator and electronic manipulator.
• Hardware and vision system integration, with top and side part control, orientation diagnosis, and internally developed integration software.
• Curve tracking with time optimization and software control based on electronic cams.
• Camera-guided robotic picking, with dimensional analysis and rapid singulation in confined spaces.
The heart of the demonstration module is a predictive diagnostics system designed by Sinteco that combines video streaming and anomaly detection algorithms to intercept process drifts and non-optimal behaviors before they lead to machine downtime.
An additional edge learning algorithm allows the detection of performance drops related to pneumatic and electronic components.
During the trade fair, we will also present a live demo: we will simulate a malfunction to show how the system helps the operator identify which component is degrading and why, drastically reducing diagnostic times and downtime risks.
