Inspection technologies
Light Arch
Enables optical inspection of surfaces to quickly identify any aesthetic defects or visual anomalies that could compromise component quality.
Step & Gap
Enables gaps, alignment and continuity between assembled components to be checked, ensuring aesthetic and functional precision.
Fit & Flash
Enables the correct fit between components, the presence of any excess material and the quality of the finishes to be checked.
FARO Scanner
Used to compare the actual component with the CAD model and accurately verify dimensional conformity.
Ultrasound
A non-destructive testing technology used to verify the internal integrity of the component without altering its characteristics.
Tomography / DEA / CMM
Enables advanced dimensional and structural inspections to ensure that every component meets design specifications.
